About Bennachie

Bennachie is the best known, popular and most climbed hill range in North East Scotland.

The hill has nine distinctive tops, Oxen Craig is the highest top at 528m. Mither Tap is the most prominent top as there are two fort walls around the top (one pre history and one pictish). The habitat on the hill is varied from conifer and broadleaf woodland to open moorland.

my son (4) loves coming hee has been with nursery aswell and has not stopped talking about the different thing he saw with the ranger. Not sure if they do talks or workshops normally but the centre is really nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
