e-timber sales terms and conditions

Use of our electronic timber sales service is goverened by our user terms and conditions, which are available to view below. These must be accepted as part of the registration procedure. Further guidance on this is given in the section "Timber sales help" which can be accessed using the link on the left of this page.

Please Note: Our standard terms and conditions have been revised. FC Scotland require their own terms and conditions as the FC bye-laws no longer apply in Scotland. A clause relating to the Freedom of Information Act has been inserted into all of our contract terms and conditions, with effect from 1st October 2007.

Each electronic timber sale will also be subject to specific purchase terms and conditions. The relevant purchase terms and conditions will be shown as part of the information we provide about every electronic sale. A full set of these terms and conditions is set out below, along with our user terms and conditions. PDF copies of all our terms and conditions are available for download.
